The annual "Jewish Culture Days", the largest festival in Germany dedicated to Jewish life, art and history, gets under way in Berlin this week. In its 26th year, the 10-day festival presents concerts (ranging from jazz, soul, pop and rock, to synagogal music), exhibitions, readings, architectural tours, and public worship services. Venues are the fantastic Jewish Museum, which was designed by Daniel Libeskind, and various synagogues throughout Berlin.
