Christmas might be over, but that doesn't mean you have to do without a German Christmas market. Although most Christmas fairs end on December 24th, some celebrate the holiday spirit a little bit longer.
One of Berlin's best Christmas markets, the Historic Christmas Market at Gendarmenmarkt stays open until December 31st; you can even celebrate New Year's Eve here with a festive gala, fireworks, and a waltz dance on the historic market square after midnight.
